It’s Business As Usual As The Bradbury Centre HQ Closes To Customers
Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 23.03.2020 and to observe government guidance we have taken the decision to temporarily close our Bradbury Centre building.
This allows our team to follow the guidelines on social distancing and to protect both themselves and of course our customers.
Our service provision landscape changes on a daily basis but as ever we will do our very best to ensure that all of our stakeholders are informed of any changes to provision.
Care in the Community and in Extra Care Housing
- Our Care at Home Area Managers will continue to support their staff and customers during any critical situations. Care provision is uninterrupted at this time.
- Shopping requirements for customers will be carried out by the staff allocated above, so care staff can concentrate on care and support within our Extra Care Schemes.
- Our Team Leaders will continue as normal and liaise with their Managers twice each day, morning and afternoon and continue to support customers and our key workers .
- Our care staff can now collect their PPE from the nearest Extra Care Housing Scheme to their own home following the closure of the Bradbury Centre.
Customers are still able to reach us via our social media platforms, Facebook and Twitter.
In addition our team will be picking up e mails and responding to these throughout the day
