EveryDay Emergency Response Support Service

We offer a rapid response, emergency support service to people who are living in South Tyneside and undergoing a crisis. As a commissioned service, access to the rapid response service requires formal registration with social services at South Tyneside Council.

Our rapid response service is there to support local people who need emergency carer relief, carer respite or any other crisis situation needing a speedy response.

Quality emergency care

The support service is commissioned through South Tyneside Council and enables local people to benefit from a range of support from a drop-in call to round-the-clock care, for a 72-hour period.

It’s important that you formally register with social services at South Tyneside Council in order to access this service.
