I am the Manager of the Community Home Care and Living Team, providing services to customers living predominantly in the North West area.

In my role, I am often the first person to meet the customer and find out exactly what their needs are and most importantly, how we can help. Once I have gathered their personal preferences, I use this information to match the customer with a member of our team with the most relevant experience to meet their needs.

 

I have 20 years’ experience in care, starting my career as a Care Worker and working my way up to management. I have also recently completed NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, ensuring I have the most up-to-date knowledge of the industry and applying this to my role.

I love my job, every day is different. Dealing with a wide range of different people with their own individual needs can be challenging, but it is extremely rewarding and I am always happy to hear that people have recommended our services to others after their experience with us.
