I joined EveryDay Care & Support in 2020 as a trainee area manager and initially worked within the North Shields area. I am currently the manager of the Havelock Place and the Shiremoor community team. I have a long and varied career history in care, as I have been a registered nurse for the past 22 years. I have worked in all areas including A & E, orthopaedics, medical wards and within nursing homes.

Most recently I have been working with those living with dementia and I am passionate about ensuring that those with a diagnosis of dementia and their families can continue to live a full and happy life.

I joined the EveryDay team as I was looking for a new exciting challenge and I am now managing Havelock Place. This is our senior living development in Backworth specifically for those living with a cognitive impairment or dementia.

I am very proud to be part of such a caring and supportive team.
