I have worked in the care industry for 37 years. I have worked in nursing homes, hospitals, and hospices, doing most of my training in Dorset where I lived for 14 years. I have also worked in domiciliary care and care supplies.
I love my job no matter at what level, as I believe that to be a good carer you have to experience all levels of care.
I believe that everyone should get a high standard of quality care regardless of background religion, gender or race.
