Group Human Resources Manager
I am the HR Manager providing HR advice across EveryDay Care & Support and Age UK North Tyneside. I work alongside Jennifer Turner and Amanda Montgomery to provide a Human Resource service to all Group employees.
I have 20 plus years managerial experience from various sectors, including Education and Life Assurance. I started my HR career in housing after attending the University of Sunderland full-time for 3 years.
I attained a BA Hons First Class Degree in Business and HR Management, went on to achieve a Level 3 ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) in Coaching, Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and have an Associate Membership of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Professional Development).
I am a Mental Health First Aider and Domestic Violence Champion.
I love my job, every day is different and busy, helping people in a varied range of ways.
