Care & Wellbeing Manager
I have worked for EveryDay since May 2016, initially as a Trainee Manager then, following successful completion of my training, I progressed to Care at Home Manager.
My role is extremely varied, from recruitment of staff to securing packages of care for individuals; managing the day to day running of the branch to promoting excellent standards of care. Care at Home provision and Wellbeing Centre services never stands still.
My career background is in customer service, however moving into a role within health and social care made me realise how important supporting those who are less fortunate really is to me.
EveryDay Care is truly passionate and devoted to improving quality of life to those who need it most in our communities, and I am proud to be part of such a dedicated organisation.
